The Unfurnished Studio is definitely one of those houses you build early on in the game. As you can tell by it's title it's a very small house with one floor and three small rooms. This confuses me slightly as to me studios are only one room with a separate bathroom but never mind.
As the name suggests it is unfurnished with only a few kitchen work surfaces and a toilet and sink in the bathroom. This house could be ideal for a single person or even a couple just starting out with not much money.
The walls and floor are also undecorated so you can be creative with this building and decorate however you want. Thee is also a lot of space around the house where you can expand.
