Sims Freeplay | Saved By The Spell Quest | Monsters & Magic Update

Level Required - must have completed Book Of Spells quest
Unlocks - Potion Brewing hobby
Time Limited - 7 days
Limited time prize - Wizard cottage

On November 3rd 2015 at 12:00am in your time zone a new discoverable quest is released in Sims Freeplay as part of the Monsters & Magic Halloween update.  To complete this quest you must have built the Sorcerous Supplies store and completed the Book Of Spells discoverable quest.



When you go out on to your town map you will get a pop up that tells you to go over to the park to find the wizard.  Once at the park, click on the wizard and the quest will begin.

Talk to the wizard - 1 min
Examine the crystal ball
Ask the wizard - 1 min
Read 'Real World Magic' from a bookshelf - 1 hr
Invite a Sim to a dinner party - 3 hrs 15 mins
Send 2 Sims to the park
Explain about imagination - 5 hrs 15 mins
Have 2 Sims sit at the dining table - 5 mins
Check in with the wizard - 1 hr 15 mins
Dream of magic - 19 hrs
Tell Sim about dream - 5 mins
Have 2 Sims dance wildly in the rain - 12 hrs 15 mins
Have 2 Sims kiss in the rain - 1 min
Talk to the wizard at home - 15 mins
Talk to the werewolf - 5 hrs 15 mins
Think about the werewolf - 19 hrs
Record video apology (click on werewolf) - 5 mins
Upload video apology - 4 hrs
Show dates response - 12 hrs 15 mins
High five the werewolf - 3 secs
Check in with the wizard - 3 hrs 15 mins
Think about the origin of magic - 19 hrs
Tell the wizard about real magic - 12 hrs 15 mins
Use the crystal ball again
High-five the wizard - 1 sec
Leave the wizards cottage

 
Once you have completed the quest the potion brewing hobby is unlocked.  If you have completed the quest within the time limited you will unlock the new wizards cottage.

      If an adult sim is selected, click on another adult sim, and the option should pop up.

    You have to click on the werewolf in the park to record his apology.

    I'm on the second last task to high five the wizard but he has disappeared... I've looked in the cottage but he's not there!

      Me too! I'm 11 hours from the end of the quest. I submitted a firemonkey request, but they won't get back to me before time runs out... AND I WANT THAT WIZARD HOUSE!

      He was at the beach. I looked everywhere and when I looked at the beach, he was just leaving. I found him at his cottage after that.

      Ok. I found him! He's hiding at one of your houses. It took me 10 mins to search all of then. When I did finally find him he returned home to his cottage. I could then high five him! Whoo....

      I found him too FINALLY. For me he was at the castle! He went home, then I went back to the cottage and he was there!

    They said have all sims leave the cottage, I did I went home but the quest doesn't complete, I tried to enter the cottage again but I can't!!! I only have few more hours what to do????

    It won't let you sit once the other people are sitting down. But if you wait a little while they will get up to switch places and while they're standing you can have your sims sit.

    You have to wait until they all stand up to switch seats, then quickly click the table for your first sim, and it will give you the option to sit, do the same for the other sim and click join in. Hope this helps

    My quest ended several WEEKS ago. wizard has never shown up. I just ignored the quest thinking he'd randomly show up but nothing. i don't know what to do because i feel like I've done everything everyone has suggested. I have looked everywhere, done tasks, closed hte game, rebooted device, etc. someone said something about a beach? I don't have a beach... but I'm getting really frustrasted because I can't complete other quests. My game is stagnant and I feel like right after I decide to spend real money on a game something happens that makes me hate it. How Murphy.

    I need to let two sims sit at the dinner table at the park , but when I click on the table or the chairs the option to sit is not there . Can someone help please ?

      If you send one sim to the park he/she will not do anything, get another sim to the park and that one will automatically sit, leave the standing some for a sec and send another sim to the park, send standing sim home new sim should sit with the other one.

    I've been having 2 sims at the dining table about 20 times now and I still get nothing, I cant get to the next task and I'm going to run out of time, I can't buy my way out of this one! Please Help!

    Ive been at this three hours now,only got sim to get the sit instruction once and then the other sim wouldnt join in!!They both sit at the table together intermittently but this doesnt count towards the task unless you manage to get the other to use the join in command!!This is soooooooooooo frustrating!In fact damn annoying,feel like hurling my tablet accross the room,

    I am having the same problem , with having 2 sims sit at the dinner table for two weeks now i even contacted firmmonkey and they have not reply to help me now i can't move on to the next quest what are we all to do i would hate to start a new game

    It says 7 day time limit. Does that mean the quest is over after that? If so, mine is stuck. I made all the Sims sit at the table two at a time, it said make them sit again, and nothing happens.
