What do I need for a Sim to be a fashion designer?

 

You need to build the Promotions R Us store on the Sim Town map first and then buy the fashion studio.  Once you have bought the studio it will be placed in your inventory, from there you need to place it one of your houses.  Tap on the studio to make a Sim create a design.

Where can I be a Fashion Designer?

You can create fashion in any of your houses that have a Design Studio or at any neighbours houses with a Fashion Studio.

• Work Overtime - 1 hour
• Chef d'oeuvre - 6 hours

How do I collect the clothing pieces?

 

Click on the design studio and select an option. When the Sim has finished an exclamation mark appears, you need to click the '!' and your Sim will have made a new item of clothing.

Level 2 piece is:
Blue Overalls

Level 3 pieces are:
Striped Shirt
Red Boots

Level 4 pieces are:

Pink Dress

Level 6 pieces are:
Black Coat
Chichi Heels

 

What do I win?

• First time you complete the collection you unlock the fashion outfit. (You need to build the Costume & Swim Store and buy the outfits and then they will appear in your wardrobe)
• Second time you unlock the lucky hat
• Subsequent times you will receive 3LPs

What if I can't find one of the clothing items?

 

All I can suggest is that you keep doing 'Design Fashion' which takes 10 minutes. Collecting the clothing is completely random and there is no special trick to collecting them quicker.
