This quest unlocks at level 23 and will bring Seniors to your town. There is a time limit of 6 days if you'd like to win the limited time prize of the exercise bikes.

The limited time prize of the exercise bikes can be found in the electronics section of the home store and costs $15,000. It's a nice addition to have to place in your houses and Seniors, Adults and Teens can use it.
The next quest is the Bird Feeding Quest.
